Do we need to make appointments?


Yes, especially from Wednesday – Saturday. A telephone number must be
provided and confirmation of the appointments are done a day before.


What is spa etiquette?

The spa is an environment designed for relaxation, rejuvenation
and rest. We appreciate if all mobile phones are turned off during
treatments, and respect others receiving treatments. If it’s your
first initial treatment we appreciate if you arrive 15 minutes before
your treatment to fill out your consultation form.

Is there a cancellation policy?

We require a 25% deposit on all spa packages and treatments
over 2hrs. This deposit is kept as the cancellation fee. This
applies if you cancel less than 24hours before your treatment.

How do I know which is the right Skin care treatment for me?

At ATB we recommend your first initial skin care treatment should be a classical facial. By doing this, it allows our skin care therapists to complete a full skin consultation and skin analysis. This allows discussion for future treatments which meet your needs, concerns and the product range which is best suited for your skin type.
