Treatment Cancellation Policy |

- We require 24 hrs cancellation notice on treatments with a duration longer than one hour. A 50% charge will be applied, this includes Gift Voucher Redemptions.
- With group bookings (2 or more people) a 25% deposit is required at the time of the booking. If you canel within 24hrs the 25% deposit will not be redeemed.
- Gift vouchers that have not been redeemed with in the expiry date will lose 25% of the value, if you decide to use them after the expiry date you have one month to redeem the the voucher.
